Descended Testes, Scrotum Tight. Is This Variation Normal?

Hello! My son is 3 1/2 years old and has testes that have been descended since birth. Lately I have been noticing that the testes are still both descended but that his scrotum is very tight around the testes and does not hang or have loose skin as do most other boys his age. Is this a variation of normal or should I be concerned?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM!
If your son has stretched out ,shiny skin ,it may be a hydrocoele.
It is better that you show the child to a doctor to clinically examine and decide what he needs. Good luck
