Hi Moyna
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
You are having a Thyroid nodule in the right lobe of thyroid gland.
Your thyroid function tests are absolutely normal that indicate Euthyroid state.
A nodule needs further investigation but most of the nodules are benign that means are non cancerous.
Repeat thyroid function with FT3,Ft4 and TSH may be done.

Physical examination can give clue to nature of nodule and ultrasonography, thyroid Radionuclide scanning which can show hot or cold spot.

Fine needle aspiration (FNA) of a nodule is a type of biopsy and the most common, direct way to determine what types of cells are present. The needle used is very thin.
The procedure is simple and can be done in an outpatient
Depending on result it can be treated by drugs and/or surgery.
Take care
Good Luck.
