Detected Adrenal Gland Not Working, Bottomed Out Cortisol Level, High Thyroid, Electrolytes. History Of Concussion Due To Hit Followed By Fatigue. Suggest

16 years old gets a elbow to the nose breaks it. Two weeks later sick head ache dizzy . This jan 2012
Said to have concussion .Rests. plays sports 2 month later good for 3 months then tried and dizzy fatigued.
Rests for 3 months. Play volleyball this plays to much fatigued and sick. jan 2013 light hit on the side of head out for 6 months feels good . Starts to play sports . Good for a while then fatigued again. Had a spit test done .told the adrenal gland not working. Cortisol levels bottem out by noon. Had a blood test done .thyriod levels are high and high electrolytes are high. What do we do ?..

Dear sir, sorry to know everything. First, confirm that the problem is at adrenal level or pituitary level. then start replacement therapy for cortisol as well as thyroxine. Regards!
