Detected Dead Nerves In Ears After Hearing Bomb Blasting Sound. No Improvement From Any Treatment. Opinion?
it happened before 6 month, i lived in hostel for study, one of my friend, bomb blast in door of my room .... then ears were effected, from that day till now ... sound running ... i went to many doctor, they said your nerve dead.. i took treatment 4-5 month ,, there is no improvement ... doctor refuse to recover .. they said your nerve dead ... there is no regeneration ...
I can understand your dilemma. However, such high intensity sounds can cause irrepairable damage. Though you must have shown yourself to an ENT doctor I suggest that you visit one once again and get the following done: 1. Otoscopy to know the condition of your tympanic membrane. 2. Audiogram to know the condition of your hearing. Depending on these findings some solution will be suggested by the ENT expert.
I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.
Wishing you all the best.
