Detected Low Sperm Count, Low Motility. Prescribed I Q Forte Soft Gelatin Capsules. Anything Else To Be Done To Increase Sperm Vitality?

Hi, i have been detected with low sperm count, and low motility. I have been advised by my doc to have I. Q. forte soft gelatin capsules twice a day. the composition includes co-enzyme q10, lycopence, vit b1, b2, b6, e, acetate.
Can you please let me know if this is the right treatment and any thing else that i need to do to increase sperm vitality. Thanks

Vitamins to increase sperm count and improve motility may or may not work. There are no real evidence that it may improve sperm parameters although there are anecdotal reports that it improved sperm count and motility. That being said i still would give vitamins to patients with abnormal sperm analysis results.

One thing to rule out is the presence of varicocoele. If you think the veins in your scrotum are prominent and sometimes causes dull pain they you may have varicocOele. 50% of infertile males have varicocoele and they may corrected surgically as an outpatient procedure.
