Developed Hematoma, Pain And Swelling. Done MRI And Blood Work. What Can Be Done About The Pain?
My daughter devloped a hematoma after a 5lb weight fell on foot they did an inspection and removed the blood now after 2weeks she continues to have pain and swelling she has had a MRI and blood work it shows nothing but she continues to be in pain and has swelling we were told she should be able to walk on foot but evry time she tries she is in pain and is doublely swollen can she still have something in there that going undected
Hi, As MRI is clear, there is nothing major. There might be having some tissue damage which will heal gradually. Give her one course of anti-inflammatory medicine. If there is infection causing this swelling and pain,give one antibiotic medicine after consulting your doctor. Give hot and cold water application. Ok and bye.
