Developed Soreness, Brown Spots On Scrotum. What Are Possible Treatment Options?
Hi. It s a bit embarrassing. Over the last week I ve developed a soreness and small brown spots on my scrotum. It s becoming difficult to sit and the discomfort kept me awake last night. I don t think that it s an STD as I m monogamous, but then I m not a doctor. Could you assist me with a possible treatment?

From history it seems that you might be having some infection locally due to friction or hair follicle infection.
Clean properly and apply antibiotic cream locally.
