Diabetes, Constant Severe Pain In Lower Abdomen, Not Due For Periods. Cause?

hi im a 45 year old diabetic woman and the last 4 days ive been getting really bad lower belly pain thats constant its on my left side it feels like a period pain but worse and im not due my period can you help please

I like to suggest you to undergo routine urine checkup in cluding c&s, if necessary take usg abdomen to R/O any abdominaal problem.Take the proper diabetic medication to have an optimal blood sugar,timebeing you can take antispasmodic till reports to come.
