Diabetes, Having Severe Head Reeling, Vomiting. What Could Be The Cause?

hi, my mom is having severe head reeling and vomited this morning.. She is 55, has diabetes and hypertension from 4 yrs... cataract due next month... Can u please help me find why shes got severe head reeling... she cud not stand on her own this morning... thanks

I would sincerely suggest you to take her to a nearby hospital for a couple of important tests. Firstly the blood sugars, the electrolytes and also an ecg. Kindly get these done at the earliest and follow up.
