hi doctor , around my neck there are black ring. somany medicine used, no change,the biopsey test is also done. my age is 54. i am a diabetie and thyroid patient .protopic, finaceaazelaic acid gel15% also used. the black mark is in my inner hand and round mouth. i am in usa .one famous skin speclist is treat me. iamm hopeless, please heip me.
