Diabetic. Fast Pulse, Low BP. EKG, Holter Monitor, X-ray, Blood Work, Thyroid Tests Normal. What Could It Be?

I'm 27 year old female diabetic(contolled) for a year now my pulse has be abnormally fast reaching to 171 bpm. I was put on metoprolol 25, the 50, now I'm at 75mg my blood pressure is always normal or on the low side 101/69 but my pulse with still be out if control. I have had an EKG,holster monitor, Ecco, and X-ray also blood work to check my thyroid and for a ton of other things, the drs can't find anything! This is ruining my life ..... Please what can I do??

I can understand your problem, this is sinus tachycardia if you do not have clinical sign and symptoms then why to worry about this some time heart rates increases with level of your anxiety and that does not cause any harm unless you go on reading it otherwise you wont be able to know it that how much is your heart rate, so just take it easy and stop worrying about the heat beat have good day,
