Diabetic. Losing Weight Without Change In Diet, Regime. Reason?

I am 45 years old and diabetic.. I have been losing weight for the past many months now and I look very thin and now only weigh around 50. I have not made any changes to my diet or regime and i am at a loss to understand this weight loss . i also have some gastric problems. I would like to gain weight and look healthy, please advise. Hello,
Persistent uncontrolled diabetes causes fatigue,tiredness and sustained weight loss.
If you don't control your sugar,you may soon land in big complications.
There are numerous micro as well as macro vascular complications of uncontrolled diabetes.
Consult a good physician or a diabetologist and get yourself investigated properly including an eye examination.
Your treatment can be instituted after getting the investigations reports.
Besides medication,you require a dietary modification along with regular exercises.
Avoid sweets,fried foods and junk foods like pizzas and burgers.
Avoid colas.
Avoid adding sugar to your milk and tea.
Moderate alcohol and quit smoking.
Take fresh fruits except banana,mango,grapes and cheeku.
Take green vegetables.
Do daily aerobic exercises like brisk walking for at least 40 minutes.
