Diabetic. Taking Glycomet, Cardace. Can He Be Treated With Diet Control Alone?

HELLO DOCTORS , MY FATHER IS 55 YEARS OLD . HE IS DIABETIC SINCE 6 YEARS. HIS FASTING SUGAR IS 124 AND PP IS 158. HE IS TAKING GLYCOMET SR500 AND CARDACE PROTECT 2.5. AFTER DINNER. AS I WANT MY FATHER TO BE MEDICINE FREE I WENT TO DIFFERENT DOCTOR 2DY , HE SAID THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE AS IN INDIA NO ONE CAN BECOME NON DIABETIC, HE HAS TO TAKE MEDICINE LIFE LONG. I WANT MY FATHER TO BE DIET CONTROLLED ONLY, NOT ON MEDICINE CONTROLLED .NOW THE DOCTOR SWITCHED TO TABLET JALRA-M(50/500) BD .TABLET CARDACE PROTECT2.5 AFTER DINNER , CAPSULE DIATAAL-D AFTER BREAKFAST , TAB D-RISE I SACHET AFTER 15 DAYS. PLEASE TELL ME SHOULD I CHANGE MEDICINE. IS TAB JALRA-M (50/500) STRONG MEDICINE OR LOWER THAN GLYCOMET SR500 . MY FATHER CANT BE MEDICINE FREE.

thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
The treatment for diabetes is excellent and take drugs according to advice of treating doctors.
As you said in your query that , you want that your father become alright without any medicines.
According to you this is not possible in India.
Please make one thing clear in your mind that till now no one is able to control DIABETES without medicines, in any part of world.
Medicines have to use.
Don't rely over QUACKS claim.
Only very hard and vigorous exercise can regulate , that too , up to certain extent.
