General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
You didn't mention the reason for taking Ultrasound Abdomen. If you have pain in the upper part of abdomen on right side below the ribs, then it may be due to Gall bladder stones.
Mild fatty liver is not a concern.it is mainly due to alchohol and diseases like Diabetes,Hypertension,Obesity etc.It is reversible.
Please consult your doctor and take anti diabetic drugs regularly.
You should also meet your surgeon if you have pain abdomen.Otherwise,it is an incidental finding.
Wish you good health
