Diabetic And Hypertensive, Controlled By Medicines. Sugar Levels Fluctuate. Advise About Fenfuro

I am diabetic and hypertensive since 20 yrs
Age 52
Control by- 6-5-5-5 dosage of short insulin
Humalog -lispro. And. 22. Units of long insulin. Lantus at night
And oha--zeformin xr 30. Bds
And celomax. 2.5. Bds
Pls advise about Fenfuro
Suger levels widely fluctuate betn. 45to 445
Hb1a-- now 10.1

I am feeling totally lethargic and without energy

Hello,

You're a diabetic and hypertensive for two decade.
You're on insulin therapy.
You blood sugar is not under control.
your HbA1c is poorly controlled.
You blood sugar is fluctuating. Sometime you're hypoglycemic and hyperglycemic.
45 mg/dl is classified under severe hypoglycemia. It may be life threatening also.
445 mg/dl is severe hyperglycemia and prone for cardiac events and cerebrovascular accidents.
The most probable thing which is causing this may be renal impairment in the form of diabetic nephropathy.
