Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You are known case of Diabetes type II,and as you told your blood sugar is controlled, your age is only 22 years, so it is important to know was it diagnosed with C peptide level that you have Type II. It is also important to know do you take oral drugs or insulin to control blood glucose level. At the age of 15 Type I is more likely.
Burning all over body and hot feet may indicate some kind of neuropathy, but we need to think about other causes like Hyperthyroidism and burning feet syndrome, Allergic reactions like Urticaria.
You have been give alkalizer which is for urinary burning then please check urine routine and microscopic test if there is infection treat it accordingly.
Neuropathy may be confirmed by getting Nerve conduction studies. You can get serum B12 level also to know deficiency, any drug which you are taking, if by chance alcohol is there please stop it completely.
If Neuropathy is there it can be treated with drugs if B12 is low it can be supplemented.
If allergy is detected then antihistamines would be required, and removal of cause if possible.
Symptomatic relief may be obtained by Gabapentin or Pregabalin.
Take care
Good Luck

Hello,
Prevalence of diabetes is increasing among all ages, mostly due to increases in overweight and obesity, unhealthy diet and physical inactivity.
Although your symptoms clearly suggest the presence of diabetic peripheral neuropathy but establishing the diagnosis of diabetic neuropathy requires careful evaluation, because in 10 to 26% of diabetic patients with neuropathy, the neuropathy may have another cause
Like
Deficiency of VIT B 12
Alcoholism
Thyroid disorders
Uraemia
Chemical toxins
Medications like isoniazid
Syphilis
HIV / AIDS etc. There is a long list of causes.
You must keep a tight control on your sugar levels and consult a neurologist to find the exact cause of your problem.
Treatment would depend upon the diagnosis.
Thanks
