Diabetic, Fasting Sugar Level Low. Taking Glycomet TRIO And Linagliptin. Alternative Medication?

I am diabatic for more than six years now, I am a male 62 years old, my fasting sugar is 110 whereas my pp sugar level remains in 250 range, I am taking Glycomet TRIO2 after breakfast & dinner& also Linagliptin Trajernta 5mg
before dinner. I have now been suggested to take Volgi GM2 instead of Glycomet trio 2 & also to take Glycomet 500 SR before or after lunch, PLease advise me best recourse, ie should I replace glycomet trio2 with glyomet volgi gm2

Hello,
Both the medicines VOGLI GM 2 and GLYCOMET TRIO 2 have .2 mg of VOGLIBOSE.Since you are having high post prandial sugar levels,your dose of VOGLIBOSE should be increased to .3mg three times a day.
Best would be to take the medicines separately.
Take glimmipride 2 mg twice a day,metformin 500 mg three times a day and VOGLIBOSE .3 mg three times a day and continue your TRADJENTA 5 mg once a day.
This combination should settle your high PP sugar.
Consult your doctor for this.
