Hello,

Chest pain with blood in vomit may be due to internal bleed in the stomach. This bleeding may be brought about by gastric ulcer or rupture of the blood vessels due to high blood pressure.

I would advise him to immediately consult his doctor. Control the blood pressure. Advise a gastroscopy to rule out internal bleeding and biopsy from ulcer if any.
