hi
read your query

this could be a part of diabetic neuropathy.
i would still advice an x ray of cervical and lumbar spine to rule out any radiculopathy and an ncv of affected limbs

meanwhile u can try tab pragabalin and tab methylcobalamin

let us know the reports so we can help you better
best of luck
