Diabetic Having Fever, Dry Throat, Nausea, Fatigue. Medication?

I am a diabetic and I have temperature of 100.3 sugar is 93 I have a dry throat and I feel nauseated I ate lunch at 2 but nothing since should i call the doctor. i feel I need to drink alot of water. nevermind retired and have no money to pay feeling very tired going back to sleep I have been sleeping since 3:30 I am so tired.

Hi,
Since you are diabetic and it is likely that you are on anti diabetic drugs .
As you are having fever you need more water to drink . and you should not skip diet while on antidiabetic .Extra calories is required in fever that will take care of weakness .please consult your physician and get a check up if fever persists .
