Diabetic N Having Her Fasting Blood Glucose Level, Please Guide

my mother aged 52 is diabetic n having her fasting blood glucose level is 300 n her post parandiol is also high tht is 380.she is taking medicine(metformin 500g,glimipreride-2g) bt still her condition is nt improving.plz guide in same respect

She would need a trial of other oral medicines in addition to what is taking. She might also need Insulin if drugs don't work. Her sugars should get back to acceptable limits by either way to avoid future complications. She should be absolutely fine with proper medications and strict sugar monitoring over a period of time.
