Your blood sugar and HbA1c is well maintained. Very tight control of blood sugar at this age poses fear of hypoglycemia. Maintain the blood sugar in the above range. Follow the medications. Diet and exercise also plays a vital role in the control of blood sugar.
Hello, A meticulous and 100% control of blood sugar levels at your age is fraught with danger of getting repeated hypoglycemic attacks. Your blood sugar levels are just all right and there is no need to increase or change the medicine, however you may adopt a healthier lifestyle to bring your blood sugar levels lower. These lifestyle measures are proper dietary control and doing regular aerobic exercises for at least 45 minutes a day. Avoid fatty foods, sweets, junk foods and colas. Thanks
