Diabetic With A Feeling That Legs Are Sweating Profusely However They Aren't Clammy. What Does This Indicate?

my legs feel as though are sweating profusely and I am not sweating any where else on my person. i am wearing slip-on shoes, socks and grey pants made out of a light material. I am 52/w/m light smoker (less than 5 per day) and a type two diabetic, who's sugar is avg. about 200. When I feel them, however, they are not clammy, wet or anything of the sort. What could be happening?

Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir

Profuse sweating is caused due to autonomic neuropathy.. it is one of the complications of diabetes.. you need to visit your neurologist once and discuss with him about treatment options available for autonomic neuropathy

Autonomic neuropathy is very difficult to treat, it might need detailed healthcare..

Thanks
