Diagnosed COPD, Taking Flu Vaccine. Shoulder Pain, Limb Tingling During Coughing Fit. Relief With Salbutamol. Concerned?
I have had bronchial asthma since I was two and recently diagnosed with COPD.. this is being helped by regular flu vacs.. minimizing exacerbation.. ive been coughing (non productive, throaty cough) associated with mild stridor and post tussive vomiting for the last 24 hours.. during a coughing fit I have been developing left shoulder pain and bilateral upper limb tingling. This seems to settle as my breathing regulates between attacks.. Salbutamol helps settle the cough and associated tightness however I remain tachypnoeic.. its the shoulder pain and tingling thats concerning. Is it an Oxygenation issue.. not sure hence my querie.. Cheers
