Diagnosed Hepatitis B. Liver Function Test, Viral Load Count Examination Done. How To Proceed Treatment Based On Test Results?

I was diagnosed Hep B patient a year ago. A Liver Function Test taken on 04/11/2013 revealed these result. ANALYTE RESULT REFERENCE RANGE ALT 12 Less/equal to 34 U/L AST 24 35 U/L ALP 130 33 - 131 U/L Albumen 38 34 - 50 g/dl Total Protein 79.1 66 - 83 g/dl Total Bilirubin 21.6 2 - 21 umol/L Direct Bilirubin 5.5 Less or equal to 5.13 umol/L Indirect Bilirubin 16.1 2.0 -13.0 umol/L On 18/07/13 I had the Viral Load Count Examination with the following result: Hep B Viral Load 68H IU/mL Range 0 - 20 No treatment started yet. What advice can I get base on these test results?

The viral infection of liver which causes inflammatory changes called hepatitis, there is no specific treatment for that it will come around with it own newer antiviral drugs are availables and that works some time, but for acute phase only good nursing care alone gives very good results, here your reports is okay it is nothing to worry it will be al right have nice day.
