HI
Thank for choosing HCM
The over all opinion is depend upon the detail study of Aortic valve along with age of patient and the sex male or female, if you are asymptomatic, and younger in age then no need to replace the valve, but if the stenosis is severe and causing symptoms like syncope then valve replacement is required, two method are available First Transcatheter second Apicoaortic Conduit, rather than conventional open hear replacement, Medical Management gives good results if the area of valve is stable and enough, ( The area of valve should never be less than 1 square cm)
