Diagnosed For Alopecia, Stress. Blood In Urine. Reason?

im not due to have my period,
ive been under an intense amount of stress , I was diagnosed with alopecia ..
I could tell that I have a odor from my vagina, I went to the wash room and saw some lite red blood..
as well as, there was some blood in my urine this morning, and light red blood when I wiped.
what could this be?

The light red bleeding that you had could be due to an impending period or an early miscarriage. A urine infection also needs to be ruled out after proper investigations.
