Diagnosed Genital Herpes. Within How Many Day You Contact Herpes From Infected Person?
My 20 year old daughter has just been diagnosed with genital herpes . It s is true that you contract herpes within 2-5 days of having sex with the person who gave to you ?. Also this person has said he has not ever had symptoms . They have been together for 3yrs it is a long distance relationship between these 2 as he is Balinese i am very concerned for my daughter

Hello. herpes usually takes around 7 days to develop. Also lesions of herpes are typical. They are water filled lesions with slight itch. Does she have such symptom? Please meet a dermatologist for further details.
