my friend is effected from aids n second step of treatment is going .he is in agartala.his wife is carrier.she was undergone blood trensfusion 8 yrs ago.and 6 yrs back they come to know she is carrier of hiv. is there any chance to trensfer this to there child and what is treat plan.she is 35 and he is 40.they r in agartala

Yes there exists a possibilty that the child may get the infection . I will advise tehm to see the government ICTC centre there which will guide them accordingly .
