Diagnosed With LUPUS, Diabetes, Narrow Angle Glaucoma. How To Protect My Eyes From Losing Vision?

I was diagnosed today with LUPUS. I also have Diabetes 2 and narrow angle glaucoma. I am so upset about all the meds that I will need to take...and oddly more concerned with the steroids that I will have to use in my eyes, while already using latanoprost to that reduces the pressure in my eyes. I am being put on Plaquenil. Losing my vision is very scary to me...I need to do what will protect my eyes..but I feel very overwhelmed right now.

Hello. The most effective action to protect your eyes from losing vision is to apply prescribed drugs and have frequent controls by your ophthalmologist.
Your situation is not easy because you have three pathologies
that can cause loss of vision but with frequent controls, complications can be detected early.I wish you good health.
