Diagnosed With PCOD And Hypothyroidism. Having Diabetes With Hypertension. Put Under Ova Shield D.S., ZOMO ZY And EV Tab. Treatment?

Hello Dr., I am 30 years old Ht.5'7, Wt.85 kg. I was diagnosed with PCOD+Hypothyroidism when I was 20 years. I had been on medication for both the problems. Now my PCOD had turned into Diabetes also I am suffering with Hypertension. I got married a year ago and we have been trying for the baby very desperately. So I consulted gynae, she prescribed me APCOD for 6 months. There was no result with it; irregular periods continued. Now she put me under Ova shield D.S., ZOMO ZY and EV tab along with tabs for Diabetes Hypertension and Hypothyroidism. Also she told me that she would give me some tablets on 5th, 7th and 9th day of periods and Injections on 14th day of my periods. Then she is going to continue the same treatment for 3 months and after that a D&C will help me out with everything, that's what she said.
All I would like to know is that am I going in the right direction of treatment or should a change be made in any of medications?? Your valuable suggestions are very much appreciated and honored. Thank you.

Hi, it appears that there is P.C.O.D, and diabetis should be corrected first, metformin will act for both so you can have metformim along with the other medicines, once it is controlled, then only you can try for conception. diabetis is to be kept under controlle through out the life.Besides your spouse also should be examined and corrected.
