Diagnosed With Acute Myeloid Leukemia, Diabetic. Best Treatment?

My 75 yrs old father who has diabetes (borderline) has been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (M-4). Doctors have ruled out chemotherapy . Currently he is on supportive care and has to be given palettes once in 12-15 days. Please tell me best way to treat leukemia, what diet should he follow and how to improve his quality of life?

Hello,

If the doctors have ruled out chemotherapy then the other option will be Stem cell therapy.
As for as diet is concerned follow diet plan for diabetes.
