Diagnosed With Adrenal Fatigue, Get Red Blotches On Arms, Incident Of Blotches After Exhaustion That Subsided Within An Hour. Reason?
Hi, I have previously been diagnosed with adrenal fatigue and when i was really tired my skin came up with a few small red spots/blotches mainly on my arms. I went on a big bike ride this morning and i was exhausted after it. The spots came up for an hour and then i rested in bed for an hour and they were gone. What are they and why?

adrenal gland produces cortisol that are stress horomone help in enegry production so without of them exhausated
