Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Bystolic was a right drug in right direction but at this time evaluation of diagnosis is very important as same symptoms reoccurs.
As assessment of this case is important as may be due to ,
1 Heart problems , diagnosis can be confirmed by E C H O and blood for lipid profile .
As in your case the lower blood pressure is very high and symptoms as right arm weakness, cold clammy lightheaded were due to very high blood pressure and some minor artery may have rupture and developed such symptoms .
Diagnosis can be confirmed by M R I of left side of brain.
2 Essential hyper tension so for this consult a physician and get his opinion and treatment .
In my opinion your lower blood pressure is in alarming position in spite of medicine so evaluation of diagnosis important so consult a cardiologist and get his opinion.
Good luck.
