Diagnosed With Hyperglycemia And Experiencing Irregular Periods

to start off, i have very irregular periods and i have been diagnosed with hyperglycemia (diabetic), anemia, and ive been to an infertility specialist who has told me that my periods are irregular due to me being hypothalamic and having hypogonadism...
that being said, i usually dont have periods, ill just be spotty or else if i do have a period, its super manageable and never really have cramps or anything, but its not predictable AT ALL. so the last 3 weeks, ive been bleeding non stop. its gotten worse and worse as the month went by. this last week, i was using a super plus kotex tampon AND a super plus maxi pad and having to change both of them at least once a hour if not more. i was getting really weak and doing the smallest of things was making me out of breath, light headed, and my heart racing. my roommate finallly convinced me to go to the doctors 2 days ago so i went to the er and they took my blood and found that my hemoglobin blood count was at a 6. they wanted to call a specialist and see what they reccommended to do- but that i might need to stay overnight and get a blood transfusion. they came back after calling the speciailist and said i need to take this medicine Megestrol (Megace) 40mg tablet 2x a day and that i can go home but to come back if it doesnt get better. Prior to the visit to the er, i was feeling fine. It was very irritating that i was getting winded so easily, but my overall health was fine. i just couldnt do a lot of physical activity but it was manageable.
since ive been released from the hospital things have gotten worse health wise, i am not bleeding very much anymore, but my health is worsened. I had to sit down 4x during my shower because i was starting to see spots and didnt want to faint. Yesterday i woke up to eat breakfast and take my boyfriend to work, then went back to bed for 8 hours then picked him up and we went to eat and then i went straight back to bed for 15 hours. Im still exhausted. while my bf was at work i noticed that i kept waking up and my heart was racing a million miles a minute and i was super short of breath. Thats never happened to me from just sleeping so it was a concern to me. When i woke up this morning, my bf told me when i was sleeping he said i would start breathing really fast shallow breaths like i was hyper ventilating or just running out of air. When he would touch me to try and wake me up my skin was moist and on fire and periodically thru the night i was jerking quite a bit and twitched pretty often. I dont have insurance so i dont want to go BACK to the er AGAIN if theyre just going to send me home, but at the same time I cant function and do normal tasks AT ALL. Im not sure if this has anything to do with my prior diagnoses or what i need to do to fix myself at this point. Im pretty sure that the medicine i was prescribed is just to stop the bleeding but it doesnt do anything to fix my issue, it just kinda puts slows down my agony. Any suggestions as to what i should do or who i should go see?

I know a 6 hbc is usually grounds for HEAD TO ER RIGHT NOW but they sent me home with it bad like that the other night so i dont know if i should be fine a few more days or what... i do remember that they told me my size of my red blood cells is still large which is a good thing bc usually they get small when youre really sick. anyways, any and all help would be great! thanks again!

dear madam I understand your concern. The major problem you are facing is anaemia.due to decreased hemoglobin you are facing this kind of tiredness, hyperventilation and increased heart rate .did they started any iron folic acid supplement for you.if not kindly star one.considering a blood transfusion is not a bad idea because it will make your recovery fast.you did not mention about your diabetes Controll because uncontrolled diabetes also will make you weak.kindly let me know what kind if medicines are you on for diabetes.....regards
