Diagnosed With Hyperthyroid, PCOD, Taking Medicines, Have Weight Gain, Nausea, Mood Swings. Solution?

i ws diagnosed wth hyperthyroid 2months back i m also PCOD PATIENT frm last 5YEARS for which i am taking gineete ,for thyroid carbimzole 10 mg intial first i ws pescribed 2 tablets n gradually it is been increased to three.i am going fr regular walk since i hv strtd tkng carbimazole bt still i m gaining weight,feeling of nauseat,vomitting,lack of stamina extreme mood swings are also there.help meout wht to do

Welcome to HCM. I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Gaining weight while on treatment with carbimazole is a good sign. It mens your hyperthyroidism is improving. There will be significant weight loss when you have hyperthyroidism. That lost weight is regained while on treatment with carbimazole. So no need to worry.
