Diagnosed With Morganella Morganilli Staph Infection. Prescribed Cipro, Gentamycin Cream, Not Healing

Yes I was diagnosed with morganella morganilli staph infection on my Lt foot. I am taking Cipro 500mg BID and gentamycin cream TID. It is not healing seems like it is spreading onto my third toe. Started on my 4th toe then spread onto 4th toe now is spreading upwards also. Have been on 3 drugs so far... Any suggestions?

Hi, it appears to be a resistant infection,and may contain more than one organism, may be fungal also. You may need to have culture and sensitivity of the discharge from the site.
So i advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
