Diagnosed With Multiple Uterine Fibroids. Explain

i was diagnosed with a bulky uterus with lobulated margins containing multiple rounded heterogeneous mass lesion within the myometrium with associated effacement of the endometrial plate echo. The uterus measures 14cmx7.5cm(LxAP) while the largest mass is seen in the fundal region whose diameter is 5.6cm. No fluid in the adnexea mass and pouch of gouglas. No renal bck pressure changes seen



conclusion: multiple uterine fibroids (intramural & subserous) pls explain my condition and chances of taken in.
