Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,

Polycistic ovarian syndrome is a chronic pathology, progesterone may help for a while but after some months the cycle will be irregular again. Myoma treatment is surgery if it causes excessive bleeding.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
