chronic pelvic pain, like thorough pelvic examination, ultrasound, CT(computerised tomography), MRI.. Treatment should be directed to the cause. Specifically Pain relievers, Antibiotics, Tricyclic antidepressants and other treatment modalities:
Physical therapy.
