Hi,
Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. You need to undergo evaluation for this chronic pelvic pain, like thorough pelvic examination, ultrasound, CT(computerised tomography), MRI.. Treatment should be directed to the cause. Specifically Pain relievers, Antibiotics, Tricyclic antidepressants and other treatment modalities:
Physical therapy.
Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS)
Neurostimulation (spinal cord stimulation)
Trigger point injections-----The medicine, usually a long-acting local anesthetic, can block pain and ease discomfort
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. In case of any doubt, I will be available for follow-ups. If you like my answers kindly rate it, and write a review as well. Please do not forget to accept it.
Thank you,
Wish you good health.
Regards,
Dr Arif
