Diagnosed With Pneumonia, Taken Steroids, Feel Extremely Dizzy And Tired. Is It A Normal Recovery?

I was diagnosed with pneumonia 2 weeks ago. I went on antibiotics and steroids which I finished this past Saturday. I m am extremely tired, dizzy, and feel shaky. The lab did the wrong test on the mucus I coughed up so i do not know particular bacteria that caused pneumonia, with these symptoms still lingering is this normal for recovery or should I get second opinion
