Diagnosed With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, On Metformin, Feels Twick On Eye, Stomach. What It Could Be?

Iam a married 24 year old female who was diagnosed with polycustic ovary syndrome at 19 & have been on metformin ever since recently I have had what feels like a eye twick but in my stomach on my left side above my belly button my question is what could it be?

Its likely to be due to gastric cause like frequent relaxtion of lower oesophageal sphincter.
Consume small quantity frequent meals will be beneficial.'Consult your Gynecologist if the symptoms persists.
