my wife is diagnosed with right tube blockage. We are trying for baby but she is not able to conceive. what needs to be done ?

If left tube is not diseased natural conception can also occur.To improve chances of conception ovulation induction with intrauterine insemination(IUI)[3-6 cycles] should be done.If IUI fails or there is problem in left tube also...IVF is last resort.
