Oncologist, Radiation 's  Response
There is no medicine that can improve his general condition to an extent where he can tolerate chemotherapy, but improving his calorie intake by parentral nutrition can improve his generel condition.
You can consider radiotherapy to control his disease locally and palliate any symptoms he has. There are Biological drugs used in cancer treatment, please enquire the same with your oncologist.
