Diagnosed With Tilted Uterus, UTI And Beta Levels 24, Spotting, Sore Breasts, Symptoms Of Pregnancy. Have Ovarian Cyst. Miscarriage?
At 4 weeks and 3 days I was diagnosed with a tilted uterus, severe uti nd a beta level of 24... Monday night I started bleeding a little heavier...buh it was still considered spotting... Today at 5 weeks my levels dropped to 20...my bleeding has gotten lighter nd my cervix is still closed...my breast are still sore and I still feel pregnant...I also have ovarian cyst...what type of miscarriage is this?...
Hi and sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing with this pregnancy. Even mild levels of vaginal bleeding in early pregnancy can actually represent a miscarriage.
Decreasing levels of beta HCG are highly suggestive of a pregnancy that is no longer progressing. This suggests an abortion. The signs and symptoms of pregnancy will not regress immediately but progressively over the next coming weeks if for real it is an abortion. Depending on whether the product of conception is present or not, it shall be called differently. You will need to be assessed by an OBGYN and may be do an ultrasound to identify what the exact problem and correct term is.
