Diagnosis Of Sever Bipolar With Involuntary Back Bending, Weight Loss. What Is This?

yes thanks..3 months ago my friend was functioning normally with only a diagnosis of sever bipolar with aggressiveness..now he has repetitive involuntary back bending like bending back at a 95 degree angel. He is only able to talk for 1 minute between episodes all day long. He sleeps calmly at night. He has dropped 45 pounds. He is exhausted. He seems to be seized with these back bends and has other odd neck movements. Do you know what this is? Or who else I could consult?
