Diagnosis Post D&C Showed Watery Cysts. Is This Anything To Worry About?

hi there, i recently had a d&c and the results came back diagnosing a partial molar pregnancy . op was on 5th october and diagnosis was on 19th october. however i just got the call to say that a second opinion has confirmed that it wasn t a molar pg afterall but what they saw were watery cysts that could be confused for a molar pg. are these watery cysts anything to worry about?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

These type of watery cysts are typical of molar pregnancy.
Now you have to go for re-estimation of beta HCG levels.
Depending on the result further followup can be planned.
Better to avoid pregnancy for 2 years.
