Diarrhoea Followed By Painful Trapped Wind, Hard To Breathe. Linked To Stress?

hi, I'm suffering from trapped wind at the moment, extremely painful and finding it hard to breathe. Am holding my breath and taking occasional and short breaths... What to do? This is a regular occurance, it usually starts off with diarrhoea in the morning and trapped wind later on. I think I might have iBS that's linked to stress...?

Hi,

IBS is in fact very related to stress. IBS is a relatively new type of disorder and is common in IT proffesionals or people who are constantly under stress from night shift work or with very fast moving life. Thus, it may be caused by irregular feeding habits and lack of exercise as well. If you obese, you may feel like you have trapped wind. What I want you to do is to start losing weight first of all.

This can be done by 2 ways. First, start a good healthy diet. Then, start a vigorous exercise program. By these 2 methods, you will lose weight in no time. If this doesn't work then please do contact me again.
