Did Cephalexin Cause Rashes And Dry Spots With Swollen Eyes?

i suspect i am having a allergic reaction to the cephalexin 250mg capsules that i've been prescribed for my eczema flare up. my face that was previously fine now has rashes and dry spots, and my eyes are notably swollen after i wake up. Should i stop the cephalexin treatment? i have started it for 4 days now, i am worried that early termination of the antibiotic may increase the chance of the bacteria growing resistance on this antibiotic.
