Did I Have Heart Attack?

I'm a 32 year old female. I had strong chest pain last night, have had it for the past couple months, have a strong family history of heart attacks and heart disease. This morning while brushing my teeth I spit up black. Any idea why this would've happened.

Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Black colour generally means altered blood from the stomach…
You may need an endoscopy

Apropos your heart – you need investigations like TMT (Stress ECG) to rule out..
And aggressive investigation and management of risk factors
Discuss with your doctor...

Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
